Subscription refunds
Subscriptions are billed monthly and renewable. You can cancel any time from /portal/dashboard/billing. On cancellation, paid features remain active through the end of the current billing period; you are not billed again. We do not pro-rate partial-month refunds for cancellation.
Annual or multi-month invoices, when offered, follow the same model unless explicitly otherwise contracted.
Per-lead overage refunds
We bill per qualified lead beyond your plan’s monthly free pool. A “qualified lead” is defined in our Lead definition.
You may dispute any billed lead under either of these conditions:
- The visitor information is unreachable (email bounces hard, phone is dead) within 7 days of capture.
- The submission is verifiably spam (overt off-topic content, repeated identical submissions from different forms).
File a dispute from the lead detail in your inbox. A reviewer responds within 24 hours and either credits the charge (lead.billed flips to false, Stripe credit issued on next invoice) or upholds the bill with reasoning. Either way you receive the audit log of the six-point qualification check that originally passed the lead.
Stripe receipts
Receipts and itemized invoices are generated by Stripe and emailed to your billing email on each payment. Past invoices live in the Stripe-hosted Customer Portal — accessible from /portal/dashboard/billing → Manage billing.
How to contact us about a refund
Reply to the receipt email from Stripe, or write to billing@nucleardirectories.com. Include the invoice number and the lead ID(s) being disputed.
